My sister Sarah was a fantastic model as we went to Parker Square and then City Hall in Old Town Lewisville. I love Old Town!

Amanda, Lauren & Emily

Amanda (my sister and frequent model), Emily (TJ's sister), and Lauren (Pastor's daughter) were fantastic models on a humid, gross 4th of July. I wanted to work on high contrast and black & white pictures and I think I accomplished what I set out to do. Enjoy!

TJ & Paige's Wedding

Yay for TJ & Paige! I've known TJ as long as I've been in Texas - about 17 years! His family lives across the street from my family and our mothers are best friends. I wasn't originally their photographer, but they moved their wedding date and, long story short, they weren't able to use a photographer friend of theirs. Here are my favorites! Bre!

This is Breanna (most everyone calls her Bre). She is the daughter of the office manager at my work (my direct boss). She is soooo beautiful and doesn't even know it. She is also in ballet and decided to show off her costume and dance moves. This was originally supposed to be for Father's Day, but due to time constraints and a broken down truck, they came in the week after.

Brooke!

This is Brooke. She is the daughter of the lawyer I work for. Don't let these pictures fool you - she is about 5 kids rolled into 1! She is my "office buddy" - she hangs out with me whenever she comes to the office. I heart her!

Playing Catch-up and Sophie!

Woo, gonna be playing catch-up today! Been a busy few weeks and haven't had a chance to post from the past two weeks. I have some down time now, so I will be posting three posts in a row today (all Father's Day gifts)! Tomorrow I will feature TJ & Paige's wedding, and Wednesday I will feature the shoot from this weekend. Enjoy!!

This is Sophie and her mom Stephanie. I've known Steph for about 5 years - she is a wonderful friend and an excellent caterer. Sophie is 1 year old and soooo much fun. My mother-in-law takes care of her while her parents work.

My brother and his girlfriend were absolutely fabulous and allowed me to take their pictures (and on the day after the 3 months anniversary no less). I'm learning how to shoot with props, especially the frame.

Girls Day Out

My sister Amanda volunteered her friends for a shoot in the rain! Well, after rain at least. It wasn't raining, but it was sure wet and muddy. We had such a blast and I got wonderful pictures to use for years to come!

Phi Lamb Formal

A few weeks ago I shot formal (and fun!) portraits for the Sigma Phi Lambda Sorority at the Lantana Golf Club. Here are my favorite shots from the night:
